About the Role

Lorem Wellness Care is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will work with children experiencing developmental, sensory, learning, and functional challenges, helping them achieve greater independence through evidence-based interventions.

This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative setting alongside Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists, Behavior Therapists, Special Educators, and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver engaging, goal-oriented therapy sessions for children.
- Address sensory processing, fine motor, gross motor, self-care, visual-motor, and school readiness skills.
- Monitor progress and modify intervention plans based on clinical outcomes.
- Educate and guide parents through home programs and regular feedback sessions.




- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and therapy records.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Participate in case discussions, training programs, and professional development activities.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.:
- Freshers with strong clinical skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Registration with the relevant professional council is preferred.
