Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Statistical Modelling
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using SPSS, STATA, and other statistical software.
- Perform descriptive and inferential statistical analyses, including regression, hypothesis testing, correlation, and trend analysis.




- Interpret complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that support organizational goals.

Data Collection & Management
- Collect, compile, clean, validate, and manage data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Design and maintain databases, datasets, and data management systems for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Ensure data quality through regular verification, validation, and quality assurance processes.

Reporting & Data Visualization
- Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for management, clients, and stakeholders.
- Present findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner using charts, graphs, and data visualization tools.
- Generate periodic and ad hoc reports to support project monitoring, evaluation, and decision-making.
