Responsibilities:
- Discussing customer's needs and identifying suitable product requirement, Conduct demonstration / presentation on products/concepts, Providing Pre and Post product support for Software sales & services, Conducting / Initiating Product seminars and conferences, Deliver demo and technical presentation, Resolve customer's critical technical problems.
- Support in case of ongoing services related activities. Assist in proposal/quotation preparation (Technical Scope & A&M;).
- Preparation of various case studies/Pilot projects.
