Legal Associate (Real Estate Industry) with 3+ years of experience required in listed financial services organisation (Fund & Asset Management organisation) located at Mumbai Central

JD:
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, including agreements, deeds, MOUs, term sheets, security documents, notices, and other transaction-related documentation
- Conduct legal due diligence for real estate acquisitions, investments, lending transactions, and development projects, including title verification, review of land records, approvals, statutory compliances, and identification of legal risks
- Prepare due diligence reports, risk assessments, and transaction summaries to support investment decisions
- Assist in the execution of private equity, structured finance, lending, and real estate investment transactions, including transaction documentation and closing coordination




- Ensure compliance with RERA and other applicable real estate laws, including registrations, filings, and ongoing regulatory requirements
- Provide legal support and advisory to business and investment teams while maintaining legal records and transaction documentation

2,4 & 5 Saturday are off, 1st (WFO) & 3 (WFH) half days

Salary up to Rs 10 lakh per annum (can be increased slightly)

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
