Job Title: Packing Material Store Executive

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Packing Material Store Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of the packing material store.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and store all packing materials properly.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory.
- Issue packing materials to the production/packing department as per requirement.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and prepare material requisitions.
- Ensure proper identification, labelling and storage of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
- Maintain inward, outward, transfer and stock-related documentation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Packing, QC and Accounts departments.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized and materials are properly arranged.
- Monitor damaged,



rejected and excess materials and maintain records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
- Follow company SOPs, GMP, safety and audit requirements.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Packing Material Store & Inventory Management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of stock reconciliation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily store activities.
- Experience in a manufacturing / food processing company will be preferred.

Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field will be an advantage.

Salary

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
