Key Responsibilities
- The faculty needs to incorporate hands-on manipulatives, visual aids, movement, and storytelling to keep concepts concrete
- The faculty must establish predictable structures so students feel safe, organized, and focused.
- The faculty should be able read the energy of the room, pivot quickly when a concept isn't clicking, and use spontaneous teachable moments.
- The faculty should remain calm through repetitive questions, behavioral outbursts, and varying learning paces without reacting emotionally.
- A faculty should be able to create the enthusiasm in the class which can directly drive student engagement and builds a positive attitude toward student/school.





Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduates with M,Com / B.Com/ Bsc (Math only ) with teaching experience,

ECCE certification can be an advantage
