A. Active Involvement in Network Deployment and Customer Coordination.

B. Providing Senior level technical support for network-related issues.

C. Planing, Documentations, SoP, Knowledgebase maintenance.

D. Involvement in the Network Architecutre and Reviews

This role involves a mix of Network Project Deployments and Tech Support, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting basic connectivity problems, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams to ensure mínimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.- Relevant networking certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are preferred.- 4+ years of experience in network projects, support or Networking helpdesk environment.- Experience in handling tickets and working in an SLA-based environment is an advantage.- Experiecne in Project Deployments, Documentations,



SOPs etc- Good understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN.- Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies.- Good Knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls.- Basic troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Good analytical thinking ability.- Basic documentation skills.- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.- Customer-focused mindset.
