JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the forefront of creative solutions analysis in a dynamic tech environment, driving success through expertise in data analytics and technical program delivery.

Job responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation, requirement analysis documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis and solution optioning, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
- Adopts AI and building AI agents to model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
- Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets,



driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
- Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for analysis and documentation across the team, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
- Mentor and guide team members in technical writing and analytical reasoning, fostering continuous learning and reuse-first practices for analysis and documentation
- Must demonstrate the leadership skills to lead the large scale programs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong
