We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Senior Sales Manager to drive business expansion across our creative, digital, and printing verticals. In this role, you will lead B2B revenue acquisition—pitching full-spectrum brand solutions that combine Graphic Design & High-Quality Digital Printing (corporate collateral, packaging, marketing materials) with our core Digital Development, Localization, and Marketing services.

You will own the end-to-end sales pipeline, targeting enterprise clients, retail brands, SMBs, and corporate accounts across regional and national markets.

Key Responsibilities1. B2B Sales Strategy & Revenue Acquisition
- Formulate and execute target-driven B2B sales strategies across both digital services and physical graphic/printing verticals.
- Acquire and grow high-value client accounts requiring corporate printing (marketing collateral, trade show displays, customized merchandise, packaging, point-of-sale materials) combined with graphic design.
- Cross-sell digital development (Web/App), UI/UX,



and Translation/Localization services to existing and new print & design clients.

2. Consultative Pitching & Account Management
- Pitch to Marketing Heads, Procurement Managers, Brand Managers, and C-Suite Executives across corporate, retail, real estate, and event sectors.
- Understand client print specifications (substrates, finishes, volumes, timelines) and design requirements to provide accurate proposals and competitive pricing.
- Lead contract negotiations, client presentations, and closure of long-term retainer agreements.

3. Vendor & Internal Execution Alignment
- Work closely with in-house Graphic Designers, Printing Operations, and Technical teams to ensure proposal accuracy, quality commitments, and clear deliverable timelines.
- Build robust long-term relationships with key client procurement teams to secure recurring monthly print & design orders.
