We are hiring an Assistant Manager - Production to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at our WHO-GMP certified plant. The role is responsible for executing the production plan, driving cGMP compliance, managing shift teams, achieving yield targets, and ensuring seamless coordination across Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Packing departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Execution: Plan, schedule, and execute daily manufacturing activities across granulation, RMG, FBD, blending, compression, coating, and liquid/capsule sections to meet targets.
- GMP & Line Clearance: Enforce strict compliance with WHO-GMP, Schedule M, and standard operating procedures; ensure rigorous line clearance and cleaning protocols before batch startup.
- BMR / BPR Management: Oversee real-time, error-free recording in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR) adhering to ALCOA+ and GDP principles.
- Yield & Reconciliation: Monitor batch yields, output efficiency, and material reconciliation; investigate variances and drive steps to minimize wastage.




- Deviations & CAPA: Report and investigate shop-floor deviations, participate in root-cause analysis, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Validation Support: Coordinate with QA for process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) protocols.
- Team Leadership: Manage and guide production officers, technicians, and machine operators; allocate shift duties and conduct regular technical and cGMP training.
- Safety & 5S: Drive plant safety, EHS standards, and 5S discipline across the manufacturing floor; ensure appropriate PPE usage and cleanroom maintenance.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate proactively with QA, QC, Warehouse (RM/PM), and Maintenance teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- MIS & Management Reporting: Track production KPIs (OTIF, yield, downtime, plan vs. actual) and submit
