THE COMPANY

Packarcs Packaging Co. builds premium paper-based packaging for brands that

care how they arrive — rigid boxes, mono cartons, mailer boxes, paper bags

and labels for D2C, jewellery, FMCG and gifting companies across India.

Founder-led, early stage, and moving into our own manufacturing unit this

year. We Pack Impressions.

THE ROLE

You own the top of the sales funnel. You identify the right brands, open the

conversation, qualify the requirement, and build the pipeline the founder

converts. Not scripted telecalling — you will speak to founders and purchase

heads from week one.
- Research and build target lists across assigned market segments
- Qualify on requirement, volume, budget and timeline
- Coordinate catalogues, samples and client meetings
- Maintain same-day CRM records and report on pipeline daily





WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Graduate in any discipline; final-year students may apply
- Confident spoken Hindi and clear professional English
- Resilience, structure and discipline with follow-ups
- Based in Jaipur or able to commute to Jhotwara

Preferred: B2B or inside sales experience; exposure to packaging, printing

or FMCG.

HOURS - Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
