About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our growing digital marketing agency in NIBM, Pune. The role is ideal for someone who understands social media beyond just posting content — someone who can think strategically, come up with creative ideas, coordinate with multiple teams and clients, and drive the end-to-end execution of social media campaigns.

A majority of our clients are from the hospitality industry, so an understanding of restaurants, hotels, cafés, nightlife, food & beverage, travel, and lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
- Understand client objectives, brand positioning, target audiences, and business goals.
- Coordinate regularly with clients to understand requirements, gather feedback, take approvals, and present ideas and strategies.




- Work closely with content, design, video, photography, performance marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop creative content ideas, social media concepts, campaigns, and monthly content plans.
- Create and manage social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives and key dates.
- Write or oversee captions, content briefs, reels concepts, stories, posts, and other social media formats.
- Give creative direction and clear briefs to designers, videographers, photographers, and content creators.
- Coordinate and execute photoshoots, video shoots, reels, campaigns, influencer collaborations, and other content requirements when required.
- Ensure content is delivered, reviewed, approved, scheduled, and published on time.
