Job Role:
Tfarm Pvt Ltd is a global agritech company which expertises in solvent based extraction of herbal and spice extracts in Odisha. We are hiring an experienced QC/QA Chemist to lead laboratory testing for our premium spice extracts, oleoresins, and purified powders (Curcumin, Piperine) for the export market.

Key Responsibilities
- Active Ingredient Testing: Quantify Curcuminoids, Piperine, and other plant markers using HPLC (PDA/UV-Vis).
- Residual Solvent Analysis: Detect trace-level n-Hexane, Ethyl Acetate, Methanol, and Ethanol in powders and dense oleoresins using Headspace GC-FID.
- Instrument Mastery: Independently operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical machinery from Shimadzu, Agilent, Thermo Fisher, and Siemens.
- Compliance & COAs:



Generate precise, export-compliant Certificates of Analysis (COAs) with chromatograms meeting USP, FSSAI, and Ph. Eur. standards.

Required Experience
- M.Sc., B.Sc.,or B.Pharm with 4+ years of QC/QA experience specifically in the spice extraction, oleoresin, or nutraceutical industry.
- Mandatory, hands-on expertise running HPLC and Headspace GC systems.
- Fluency in instrument operating software (e.g., LabSolutions, OpenLab, Chromeleon).
- Strong knowledge of sample preparation (like DMSO diluent methods) for crystalline extracts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
