The Customer Service & Lead Follow-Up Executive will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating and managing leads, following up with potential customers, and supporting sales activities related to Car Resale and Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Calling & Handling
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
- Attend incoming customer calls and understand their requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding cars, properties, prices, availability, and other services.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic complaints.

2. Car Resale Leads
- Call customers regarding used car / resale car requirements.
- Contact leads received through different sources.
- Understand the customer's requirement, budget, preferred model, location, and purchase timeline.
- Share suitable car options and arrange further communication with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Maintain complete records of car buyers and sellers.




- Coordinate with the sales team for vehicle inspection, visits, negotiations, and closure.

3. Real Estate Leads
- Handle and follow up on real estate customer leads.
- Call prospective customers regarding residential/commercial properties.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, property type, size, and timeline.
- Share relevant property details with customers.
- Schedule property visits/site visits.
- Follow up with customers after property visits.
- Coordinate with the property/sales team until the lead is converted or closed.

4. Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Record every new lead properly in the register.
- Categorize leads as Recent, Interested, Follow-Up, Site Visit, Negotiation, Converted, or Not Interested.
- Make timely follow-up calls as per the assigned schedule.
- Maintain daily follow-up records.
- Ensure no important lead is missed.
- Update the status of every lead after each customer int
