Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit.
- Handle recruitment of blue-collar workers, supervisors, operators, and staff.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate employee data.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers and support labour inspections and audits.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and counselling.
- Maintain healthy Industrial Relations (IR) and ensure harmonious workplace practices.
- Support factory leadership in manpower planning and workforce optimization.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HRMIS and employee records accurately.
- Coordinate with Safety and Administration teams for statutory compliance and employee welfare.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
- 5-8 years of Factory HR experience is mandatory.:
- Prior experience in a Plywood Manufacturing Company is mandatory.:
