Job Summary

We are looking for a TallyPrime Support Executive to provide professional support to clients, resolve TallyPrime-related concerns, maintain client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for AMC renewals and value-added services.

The role involves client support, issue resolution, follow-ups, training, lead generation, upselling, and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Satisfaction
- Provide prompt and professional support for TallyPrime-related issues.
- Follow up with clients to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Understand client requirements and guide them on relevant TallyPrime features.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive support experience.

Lead Generation & Upselling
- Identify client requirements for additional services such as AWS Cloud, WABA, and Tally Customization.
- Generate leads through client interactions and support conversations.
- Explain the perks of additional services and support business development opportunities.
- Build relationships that encourage repeat business and upselling.





Retention & Renewals
- Convert non-AMC clients into AMC subscribers by explaining the benefits of maintenance contracts.
- Follow up with clients regarding expired TSS agreements and renewal opportunities.
- Track renewal activities and follow up regularly to improve client retention.

Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Conduct training sessions to help clients effectively use TallyPrime and related services.
- Share technical knowledge and best practices with team members.
- Maintain accurate client and support documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve support and business targets.

Skills & Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, client servicing, or a similar role in the Tally ecosystem.
- Good knowledge of TallyPrime and its features.
- Understanding of AWS Cloud, WABA, and Tally Customization will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
