Manage the complete Accounts Department and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team, assign work, and monitor performance.
- Ensure all pending accounting work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial analysis for management.
- Monitor manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, WIP, and finished goods valuation.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities.
- Maintain solid internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
