About the Role
The Sales Executive - General Trade is a field-first role built around one purpose: growing KabhiB's reach and sales through the General Trade channel. You will work closely with distributors and their salesmen on the ground, ensure stores are covered, schemes are executed, and the distributor network stays healthy and motivated.

Key Responsibilities
1. Distributor & Salesman Collaboration
- Work closely with assigned distributors and their salesmen on a daily basis to plan, execute, and monitor sales activities in the territory.
- Support distributor salesmen in increasing the number of active retail outlets covered on each route — identifying gaps and helping onboard recent stores.
- Assist in resolving distributor and salesman grievances promptly; act as the liaison between the field team and company management.
