What this job involves:
As a Senior Specialist in Digital Marketing at JLL, you'll serve as the central owner of our webinars channel, combining strategic consultation with hands-on technical expertise to deliver high-impact virtual events that drive engagement and business results. You'll provide strategic guidance on platform selection and integration while maintaining direct involvement in critical webinar operations, from technical setup and configuration through day-of-event hosting and post-event optimization. This position offers the prospect to shape how JLL leverages webinars as a core marketing and communication tool while providing leadership and oversight to other technical specialists supporting webinar operations.

What your day-to-day will look like: Serve as the strategic advisor for webinar initiatives across the organization, guiding platform selection based on event objectives, audience size, and engagement requirements while analyzing integration capabilities with our existing MarTech stack

Own the end-to-end technical setup for all webinar events, including registration page creation, integration with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms, while developing and implementing rigorous testing protocols and quality assurance processes

Collaborate with content teams and marketers to establish content delivery timelines that accommodate technical setup, testing, and promotional campaign s
