Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with proven experience in Cutting Tool sales, preferably serving Aerospace OEMs, Aerospace Component Manufacturers, Precision Engineering, or High-Precision Machining industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop current business opportunities within the assigned territory by acquiring Aerospace and Precision Engineering customers.
- Manage and grow relationships with Aerospace OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, aerospace component manufacturers, and high-precision machining companies.
- Understand customer machining challenges and recommend suitable tooling solutions to improve productivity, tool life, and machining efficiency.
- Conduct machining trials and provide on-site technical support for process optimization.




- Collaborate with the Application Engineering team to deliver customized machining solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Aerospace manufacturing sector.
- Maintain CRM updates, sales forecasts, customer visit reports, and opportunity pipelines.
- Travel extensively across the assigned region for customer visits, technical discussions, and business development.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-8 years of experience in Technical Sales of Cutting Tools.:
- Hands-on experience in Ceramic, CBN, Carbide Cutting Tools, Metal Cutting, CNC Machining, or Tooling Solutions.:
- Strong understanding of machining processes including Turning, Milling, Boring, Drilling, and High-Speed Machining.:
- Experience in technical solution selling to manufacturing industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
