- Design and lead the development of complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and timeliness, conduct code reviews to maintain software integrity - (15%)

- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 5-8 years of work experience in related field (Software Development Life Cycle across Full Stack, Frontend and Backend Development and UI / UX engineering)
- Preferred Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years related work experience
- Strong experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service (FSL), Account Engagement (Pardot), Data Cloud, core Salesforce CRM capabilities.
- Expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration, including Users, SSO, Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Roles, Sharing Rules, Objects, Fields, Record Types, and Page Layouts.
