Dharitri Infraventure Pvt. Ltd. is one of Kolkata's leading real estate developers, specializing in affordable residential projects across the New Town-Rajarhat region. We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused professional to lead our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) function.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) department, ensuring exceptional post-sales customer service.
- Manage customer escalations, grievances, and complaint resolution in a timely and qualified manner.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer support and timely issue resolution.
- Review and verify customer documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, customer databases,



and CRM dashboards for management review.
- Supervise and mentor the CRM team, establish performance standards, and ensure departmental efficiency.
- Maintain updated inventory and customer records within the CRM system.
- Build long-term customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and brand reputation.
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant CRM experience, with significant exposure to the Real Estate industry.
- Proven experience in leading CRM teams and managing customer lifecycle processes.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, MIS reporting, CRM software, and customer data management.
