Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve annual revenue targets for lubricants, greases, and specialty chemicals.
- Identify and acquire recent industrial clients in sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, steel & metal, oil & gas, power generation, mining, cement, and heavy machinery.
- Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, OEMs, maintenance heads, procurement teams, and industrial contractors.
- Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close high-value B2B deals.

2. Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct thorough market research t o analyze trends, competitor offerings, pricing

strategies,



and customer requirements in the lubricants and specialty chemicals segment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns, technical seminars, and product launch activities.
- Provide market intelligence to guide product positioning, pricing strategies, and portfolio expansion.

3. Technical Support & Product Training
- Collaborate with R&D; and technical teams to customize solutions for specific customer needs (e.g., high-temperature greases, synthetic lubricants, metalworking fluids).
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and field trials for clients and distributors.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including failure analysis, lubrication audits, and equipment maintenance recommendations.

4. Key Account & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in large industrial accounts and OEMs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client
