Job Description




We are seeking Cloud Automation and Platform Support professionals to support enterprise automation solutions running on AWS cloud services. The role will focus on platform operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation support, and stakeholder coordination to ensure reliable execution of compliance and operational processes.
The ideal candidate should have experience supporting cloud-based applications, automation workflows, infrastructure technologies, and production support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Operations - Automation - DevOps
Provide operational support for cloud-based automation platforms and services.
Monitor application health, alerts, scheduled jobs, and automation workflows.
Investigate and resolve platform, infrastructure, and integration-related issues.
Support AWS services including Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, Glue, and Athena.
Support Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) deployments and configuration changes.
