Job Location: Kadubeesanahalli, Outer ring road, Bangalore
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience Required: 4-6 years of experience in facilities management or related operations role
Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts
Work Schedule: 6 days/week
Notice Period: 1 Month

What this job involves:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility management services. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal functioning of all facility services while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Service Management
Oversee and coordinate janitorial services to maintain cleanliness standards across all facility areas
Manage pest control programs including scheduling, vendor coordination, and compliance monitoring
Supervise outdoor and indoor landscaping services to ensure aesthetic appeal and plant health
Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain comprehensive inspection records
Operations & Administration
Person should be willing to work in shifts.
Manage work order systems including ticket creation, assignment, tracking, and closure
Coordinate shift schedules for facility staff to ensure 24/7 coverag
