The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to own a critical part of the Atlys growth engine and build product experiences that drive acquisition, activation, referrals and retention.
You’ll define the product direction, understand what makes users convert and come back, identify growth opportunities, and work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and other teams to build experiments, growth loops, referral and rewards experiences that move key business metrics.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can operate across product strategy, growth and execution, navigate ambiguity, use data to make sharp decisions,



and build product-led experiences that scale across markets and customer segments.
The Job
Own product strategy and roadmap for growth, defining priorities across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention based on customer behaviour, business impact and growth opportunities.
Build product-led growth loops by identifying opportunities across referrals, rewards, sharing, virality and network effects that drive organic user acquisition and repeat usage.
Drive acquisition and conversion through experimentation, funnel optimisation and product improvements across landing experiences, onboarding, activation and core journeys.
Build and scale growth programs across referrals, rewards, incentives and lifecycle experiences, using data and experimentation to improve CAC, conversion, engagement and retention.
Lead cross-functional execution by partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytic
