What you’ll do
The TJX Global Sourcing and Procurement (GS&P;) organization is a trusted partner to our myriad of business functions. As a Category Manager supporting TJX India corporate office requirements,



you will serve as a trusted business partner to multiple functions across the TJX India organization, including Human Resources, Professional Services, Facilities Management, Technology Operations, and other corporate functions. You will collaborate with local & Global business partners to build relationships across regions, develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead competitive sourcing events, and negotiate commercial agreements across a diverse portfolio of spend categories. By applying strategic sourcing practices and leveraging understanding of our off-price business model, you will deliver value through end to end sourcing support, while flexing seamlessly across multiple business partners, regions and business priorities.
