How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The role holder is primarily responsible to drive the pan india helium business by developing strategic customer relationship increasing the Sales and Profitability (Volume and Price) with Focus on recent business/ markets across sectors like Semiconductor, Aerospace, pharmaceuticals, research labs, & manufacturing & Key Account Management along with development of team members.
1. Sales
Achieve annual sales, Volume s& gross margin with Growth
2. Growing Volumes
Manage existing customer and grow business by adding new volumes in the existing customer and add new customer.
Closely monitor competitors actions.
3. Key Account
Manager Key Account & negotiate for Long term agreement
4. DSO Management
Work towards reducing DSO for the region as per plan .Collect money from Customers as per terms. Ensure no bill outstanding for > 60 days
5. Customer Agreements
Coordination with Customer Service Group /Logistics with regard to new installations, supplies and trouble shooting
On time every time supplies of products to customers




Keep close watch on customer requirements. Work with Planning & Distribution for timely supplies to customers. Keep a watch on customer contract and escalations as per contract.
