Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer to provide technical leadership, architectural direction, and hands-on development across our full technology stack. This role will drive the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications while mentoring engineering teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale distributed systems and up-to-date web applications.
Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
Drive technical strategy and influence product and platform roadmaps.
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
Mentor senior engineers and contribute to technical growth across engineering teams.
Backend Engineering
Design and develop microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
Build highly scalable and resilient backend systems.
Collaborate with platform teams to improve cloud infrastructure and operational excellence.
