Job requirements
Experience Range: With at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in finance analysis, business operations, and vendor management, ideally progressing to 4 years in increasingly complex roles Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data to identify actionable trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement within business operations
Prepare, review, and track Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure scope accuracy and timely deliverables
Manage vendor relationships by evaluating performance, negotiating terms, and resolving operational issues to drive efficiency
Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures, and contractual obligations
Support audit processes by compiling documentation and responding to inquiries related to business operations and vendor agreements
Required Skills:




Financial modeling using Excel
SOW management and scope tracking
Vendor management systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)
Business process optimization in finance operations
Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Financial reporting software
Contract management platforms
ERP systems (Netsuite (must), SAP, Oracle)
Preferred Skills:
Risk management in vendor relationships
Automation tools for finance operations (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx)
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in finance
Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Certification in financial analysis (such as CFA Level 1) or vendor management (such as CIPS)
Certification in business operations or project management (such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma) is preferred
