Job Description
This position is responsible for the HRIS system (WorkDay)
in identifying business requirements for projects, upgrades and process improvements, which include Configuring new requirements, creating project and process specifications, staging of test environments and data and ensuring smooth implementations. Facilitates requirement gathering and alignment with business and technology partners, while playing critical roles in projects. Solves complex system and system-related problems. Plays a critical role in cross-functional projects and any merger and acquisition activities. Role will require to understand various Workday related requirements and configure the system effectively.
Key Responsibilities
In depth understanding of the HRIS application (functional aspects), including all integration points with vendors or other internal company systems.
Includes broad understanding of other business areas’ processes and systems that impact HRIS.
