Role Summary
Provides technical expertise through customer presentations, product demonstrations, installation, of company products and solutions. Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions. May build POCs based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application/solution, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client.



May provide software development and consultation to customers and/or product capability assessment and validation. Ensures that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications. May provide follow-up support to Sales, Ops and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications/solutions
Key Responsibilities
Define the overall architecture, external interfaces and detailed functional description of the solution
Perform technical evaluations of major system enhancements and major recent customer requirements
Create detailed system level functional requirements and specifications
Monitor standards body activities to and participate (if necessary) to influence the industry with innovative vision of the company
Identify opportunities for innovation and market disruption.
Provide active support for, product management, pre-sales and marketing activities including technical solutions support in the RFI/RFP response.
