We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Roles and responsibilities:
- Incident, Service Requests and change Management ensuring timely delivery of deliverables via Service Now.
- Attend Severity 1 calls, present teams’ case and guide team to deliver the required.
- Performance Tuning and Design/Develop Preventive health checks/tools ensuring high availability integration environment. Have a good understanding of monitoring tools like Datadog, Nagios, Dynatrace.
- Involved with resolution of complex development issues that may arise in production environment.
- Understand customer requirements, develop and evaluate alternative systems solutions. Should have good scripting knowledge be it Bash Shell scripting,Python or Perl.
- Providing technical solutions to complex production issues.
- Participate in Weekly Status Calls with the client to discuss the action items on outstanding Incidents, Service Requests and Changes of the week,



also provide the necessary solutions to client’s queries.
- Document software systems according to NTT Data’s system standards, policies and procedures.
- Responsible for Creating/configuring monitoring tools and automate proactive monitoring tasks.
- Participate in the investigation of system requirements and assists in preparation of systems specifications including revising manuals, design of forms and computer output, and documenting user procedures.
- Designs, specifies, implements and maintains systems.
- Moving the changes to the live environment by coordinating with other teams and end users to complete the Go-Lives on a timely basis.
- Instrumental in knowledge transitions from project teams related to production deployments/new area of work.
- Documentation and delivery of Root Cause Analysis documents for high visibility/critical incidents.

Skills needed:
- Robust technical background in C, Java, Python
- Practical experience in Lin
