Manage end-to-end fit out projects across multiple commercial properties ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conduct regular site checks across all properties to verify progress and compliance.
Coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and building management to align project objectives and expectations.
Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for compliance with building codes and standards.
Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure workmanship meets approved plans and quality benchmarks.
Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, and control expenditures through BOQ verification, quotation reviews, and variation order management.
Ensure all fit out works comply with local regulations, fire safety codes, accessibility standards, and environmental requirements.
Administer fit out contracts, monitor contractor performance, and resolve disputes to minimize project disruption.
Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear communication on progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including BOQs, contracts, approvals, warranties, certifications, and as-built drawings for all sites
