YOUR TASKS:

Support the existing Training Coordinator for external target groups (customers & subcontractors) in planning, coordination, and administration of training activities, including the implementation of technical trainings (blended learning, virtual classes, and classroom formats)
Consult external customers on our training portfolio in a customer-centric way and support internal stakeholders and regional coordinators on training offerings and processes
Assist in annual and quarterly training planning, bringing a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to align training needs with business requirements
Collaborate closely with specialist departments (e.g., Sales, Procurement, Marketing), regional training organizations, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution of training activities
Ensure accurate maintenance of training data in the Learning Management System (LMS) and support related administrative processes with a high level of attention to detail




Monitor KPIs and reports to evaluate training effectiveness and actively support continuous improvement initiatives
Proactively bring forward improvement ideas and participate in initiatives to enhance efficiency

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
15+ years of professional experience, with a robust background in SAP implementation in the service area.
Prior experience in S4HANA transformation projects, particularly in the service domain.
Familiarity with service processes in the wind energy sector is highly desirable.
Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end service processes (Service Contracts, Finance, Maintenance, Material Management, and After-Sales).
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the team effectively in stakeholder meetings.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
