Fairy Frills is a D2C fashion brand for kids, offering trendy and comfortable clothing for children. We're hiring a Sales Executive to handle client outreach, generate leads, and manage customer queries.
- What You'll Do:
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, messages, and social media
- Generate new leads and follow up with them until conversion
- Handle customer queries about products, sizes, pricing, and orders
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
- Follow up with leads from website, Instagram, and other marketing campaigns
- Keep track of leads, queries, and orders
- Share customer feedback with the team to help improve products and service
- What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer handling (fashion/retail experience is a plus)
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written
- Friendly and patient approach while handling customer queries
- Comfortable working with sales/lead targets
