We are looking for a highly creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This is a key leadership role responsible for strengthening the Aouraa Production brand, driving qualified leads for our event services, and showcasing our successful projects across platforms.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy aligned with business development and revenue goals
- Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and brand awareness across digital and offline channels
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and conversion metrics to improve results
Market Research & Insights
- Research local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
- Identify new growth opportunities and recommend creative marketing initiatives
- Use data and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and targeting
Brand Management & Communications
- Ensure all marketing communications maintain a consistent, premium, and on-brand voice
- Oversee content creation for digital platforms, presentations, and promotional materials
- Manage Public Relations (PR) activities including drafting press releases for major events
- Coordinate media outreach and secure coverage for high-profile projects and events
Digital & Performance Marketing
