About the Role
If you are a fire brand with sales in your blood and a agile go-getter who does not stop till they achieve, then you are probably the person who should read further.
You will plan, strategize, execute and establish a start-up B2C jewellery brand whose management has exceptional focus, hunger & the vision to make this a success domestically & internationally.
You will be given beautiful pieces which can actually sell without much effort and a classy insta worthy retail space that will be your playground. Your energy has to radiate far beyond the geographical area where the office is situated. In effect it means you are a person who just cannot sit still & will do the necessary legwork to make the brand known and target potential customers.
No grand presentations, no ppts or spreadsheets & absolutely no jargon, Just the ability to knock on doors & open them up for business. Your ability to take complete ownership & work initially as a lone wolf will be tested.
Your knack of delivering footfalls in-house & to outdoor events/shows & convert them to hardcore sales is the real game.
Your Work Experience & requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in jewellery, fashion, or the lifestyle industry.
Proven track record of establishing a boutique B2c brand successfully.
Lead generation & customer acquisition skills have to be rock solid,
Understanding of the latest fashion trends, buyer psychology, and product value positioning is the key.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to incorporate and work on CRM tools.
An excellent command over the English language (spoken & written) is essential.
You are a wonderful communicator & your networking skills are exceptional.
Remuneration: 7.20-8.00 lacs per annum plus a hefty incentive on the turnover
