Job Summary:
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through comprehensive testing and defect identification. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design, execute, and maintain test plans, validate application functionality, and identify issues before release. Your primary focus will be to ensure that products are secure, functional, and meet the required specifications.
Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements,



functional specifications, and user stories to understand testing scope.
Design, develop, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on project requirements.
Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and smoke testing across web applications and data warehouse.
Identify, document, track, and verify and validate defects using defect management tools such as JIRA or Any bug tracking tools like Azure DevOps etc.
Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement/Grooming, and retrospectives.
Leverage AI tools in testing
Validate API integrations using tools such as Postman or Swagger (where applicable).
Perform database validation using SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
