Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
As a System engineer work with Supplier for design, development, testing and sign-off of HVAC system.
Liaise with other PD functions for cross-functional and interface inputs.
Lead incorporation of top Field concerns and their design solutions into recent design.
Work towards design solutions that reduce the HVAC system cost.
Organize system team meetings, design reviews and FMEA meetings
- Knowledge of automotive air conditioning system. - Hands on experience on auto motive HVAC system design, development. - Knowledge of vehicle and HVAC interface systems. - Knowledge on heat load calculations, component selection of HVAC system. - Hands on experience on Catia V5. - Knowledge of HVAC system testing on Bench (Calorimeter) and vehicle level. - Should able to analyse the HVAC system and component test result and discuss independently with Suppliers. - Able to conduct technical review with suppliers for freezing technical spec and concern resolutionExperience
5 to 10 YearsIndustry Preferred
