Job Overview:
The QCT Software Automation and Tools (QSWAT) group is seeking Full-Time QA Test Engineers to ensure the quality of QSWAT tools through manual and automated testing. These tools are widely used across QCT Software development and test organizations.
The role involves designing, developing, and automating test cases for cloud-hosted, web-based tools. Candidates will work with modern test automation frameworks and technologies, including AWS, SpecFlow BDD, C#, Playwright and Python scripting. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with development teams and contribute to improving tool quality and reliability at scale.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of academic or industry experience in software quality engineering.
Solid hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools,



including Selenium WebDriver, BDD-based testing frameworks, and Playwright with TypeScript.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with various testing methodologies, including UI testing, automated testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
Experience working with software QA tools, testing processes, and quality best practices.
Ability to plan, design, and manage overall quality strategy, including test planning and execution.
Working knowledge of SQL Server or similar relational databases, including experience with ORMs such as Entity Framework and/or Dapper.
Experience using version control systems such as Perforce or Gerrit.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and CI/CD tools such as Docker and Jenkins.
Exposure to multiple cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and application performance testing is a strong plus.
