You will play a pivotal marketing role at Diagnostic X-Ray (DXR) and drive creation of solutions (integrated combination of products and services) from idea to market. You will be accountable for defining, launching and building profitable product solutions that transform healthcare. You will work directly with the different functions within the organization and maintains a balanced development scope. This will not only ensure the products/solutions are developed to the feature and price specifications that each target market segment demands but also will deliver a profitable and performing product in all its aspects.
The Product Manager owns the product lifecycle from concept phase through development and launch and eventually, end of life. You are required to have expertise in market segmentation, product strategy, competitive strategy, and product development.
Your role:
Join corporate core teams to drive implementation (plan, execute, track, and communicate) of strategic marketing initiatives at DXR.
Own your product and its performance during its complete lifecycle from concept phase throughout development and launch, till end of life.
Support and drive upstream marketing activities for the solution, including definition of the strategy and its enablers as well as its alignment with key markets globally.
Translate in-depth customer and market insights to support the product strategy: analyze the customers, markets, the competition, and the trends to create winning concepts, value propositions and explicit product specifications to ensure delivering according to the customer’s needs and expectations.
Drive the development of business cases to prioritize investments
Interact with various disciplines including Research, R&D; departments, internal and external design agencies, suppliers, industrialization, marketing management, marketing communication and international sales organizations.
