The prospect
Senior Manager role focused on driving delivery improvement across delivery lifecycle for sizable Managed Service deals. Is responsible for driving margin improvement and value creation through assess, plan and implement phases of the improvement activities.

Your key responsibilities

Drives margin improvement through the end-to-end Technology Transformation.
Promotes use of the solution standards across AI & technology, process and people assets
Improves operational performance by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
Leads technical delivery improvement teams
Provides technical leadership and guidance throughout the improvement process.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, account and engagement leadership, and internal teams.
