Job Summary

The Territory Business Manager is responsible for driving sales and market share growth of Corteva Agriscience Seeds products within a defined geographical territory.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned territory sales targets and market share goals for Corteva Agriscience Seeds.
* Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key customers, distributors, dealers, and other stakeholders within the territory.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base for Corteva Agriscience Seeds products.
* Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers,



assisting them in making informed decisions about seed selection and agronomic practices.
* Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and grower meetings to promote product benefits and secure sales.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
* Manage territory expenses and operate within budget guidelines.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
* Collaborate with marketing, research, and technical teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
