We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Financial Accounting, Intercompany CoE
Purpose of the role
Asset Control team is responsible for end-to-end accounting, analysis, and reporting of assets. It also ensures design and operating effectiveness of the control environment. The team ensures accounting is performed in compliance with IAS 16, IAS 38, IAS 36 and relevant FIM guidelines.



It also reviews and operationalizes changes to policy as required. Currently, Fusion platform is being rolled out for Assets process across various entities, and the team is responsible to ensure seamless migration of the process under the COE ensuring standardization across all countries.
In this role, you will:

Be the SME on Assets related requirement, knowledge of practical application to Asset accounting. Ensure robust control workplace by adhering to relevant accounting standards and policies. Performing analytical review through reconciliations and investigation facilitating substantiation and signoff by owners. Independently liaise with various stakeholders to manage BAU and any initiatives. Further, lead process migration and ensure seamless transition in line with target operating model.
