What Makes You a Great Fit
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist II to join our Payroll Operations team. This full time position is ideal for an experienced payroll professional who serves as a trusted resource for complex payroll matters and enjoys driving accuracy, compliance,
and operational excellence. You are comfortable leading payroll investigations, resolving complex payroll issues, supporting process improvements, and partnering with internal teams and external providers to deliver successful payroll outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will play a key role in strengthening payroll operations, supporting compliance requirements, and providing guidance and support to other payroll team members. As a specialist II, the position spends time (over 85%) resolving complex payroll issues.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Manage payroll exceptions, adjustments, garnishments, benefit deductions, reconciliations, levies, and other complex issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues, including quarter-end and year-end processing and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
