Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AWS Connect Developer with expertise in contact center technologies, customer service platforms, and Amazon Connect. This role requires a hands-on developer who can design, develop, integrate, and support contact center solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings robust AWS technical expertise, problem-solving skills, production support experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and distributed teams, preferably within the healthcare domain.This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.Your role in our mission
As an AWS Connect Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, implementation,



and support of Amazon Connect solutions that meet business and customer needs. You will:

Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions for voice and digital customer interactions.
Configure and optimize call routing, IVR workflows, queues, and contact flows.
Support omnichannel customer interactions including voice, chat, email, and SMS.
Develop integrations between Amazon Connect, CRM platforms, and other enterprise systems.
Build and support solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.
Participate in testing, deployment, and release activities.
Collaborate closely with business teams, architects, QA teams, and operations teams.
Work effectively with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support
