ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Eligibility Criteria:



Any Graduation 4 to 6 years of work experience as an AR caller/Analyst in accounts receivable follow-up / denial management for US healthcare customers. Extensive Knowledge on Denials management, A/R fundamentals and string grasp of EPIC Hospital Billing Software with proficient computer skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong people skills & Outstanding organizational skills. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information. Willingness to work continuously in night shifts Key Responsibilities: Training and observation of trainees with respect to their performance against established training objectives and recommendation of additional skill requirements as training needed.
