The Analyst, Logistics and MM is responsible for analyzing and optimizing logistics and material management processes. This role involves collecting and interpreting data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic and operational decision-making within the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory, logistics and transportation to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement or cost savings.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of logistics and material management processes
Recommend process improvements based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiency
Utilize software tools and systems (Power platform) to support data analysis and reporting
Ensure logistics and material management related data quality and consistency to enable higher level of automated processes
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on logistics and material management performance; build dashboards and automate reporting for operational decision making
Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools and techniques to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
Monitor process deviations in ERP and automate monitoring as far as possible to support proactive daily operations
Knowledge and skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with common ERP modules (e.g., LN, SAP) and WMS and TMS systems
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
