We are seeking an experienced Senior Food and Beverage Executive to lead strategic operations and drive excellence across our food and beverage portfolio. This senior leadership role requires a proven track record in hospitality management, operational excellence, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive food and beverage strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market trends. Oversee multiple outlets,
restaurants, bars, and banquet operations while maintaining brand standards and profitability targets. Lead innovation initiatives to enhance guest experience and competitive positioning.
Financial Management Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective budget planning, cost control, and pricing strategies. Analyze financial performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions. Manage capital expenditure projects and ensure optimal return on investment.
Operations Excellence Ensure seamless daily operations across all food and beverage outlets while maintaining the highest quality and service standards.
